Vinyl backed Coir rolls - **0% bio - Degreadable Coir fibres is obatianed from tissues surronding the seed of the Coconut palm, COCOS NUCIFERA. To extractthe fibre the husk is first softened by retting in the lagoons of back waters for couple of weeks. Then the woody portion, pith is remooved either mechanically or mmanuelly by pounding and the resulting fibre is then combed and spun in to yarn using semi- automatic ratts. Vinyl backed Cocir rolls - One of the few units in India equipped with its own dual line manufcaturing facility capable of offering vinil backed (Pvc tufted) cut fast coir brush matting in rolls. This will be availble in *4mm , *5mm , *7mm, *0mm, *3mm & *0mm thickness nad avavilble length will be 7.5 mtr , *0mtr , *2.5 meter & *5 meter also and with will be 1 mtr & 2 mtr
